The July 2026 survey · Mounjaro & Wegovy

The UK's Mounjaro providers, reviewed and scored

Twenty-four regulated online clinics and pharmacies sell the same licensed pens at strikingly different prices. We put each one through the same four-pillar scoring rubric — value, delivery, support, terms — using only what the providers themselves publish. The verdicts follow.

Every provider listed is a GPhC-registered pharmacy or CQC-regulated clinic. This table is price information, not an offer of supply — prices move, so confirm the current figure on the provider's own site before ordering.

No. IV

How the scores are made

Each provider is marked out of ten on four pillars, computed from its published prices, delivery arrangements and consultation terms as recorded in our dataset. The weighted total is the GLP Review score. No panel, no stars from strangers, no adjustment by hand — if the published facts change, the score changes.

40%

Value

The ongoing price for Mounjaro 2.5 mg, scaled between the cheapest listing we track (£145.99) and the dearest (£229). Cheapest scores ten.

20%

Delivery

Speed, cost and what arrives in the box: free or included delivery, a next-day option, cold-chain handling, needles supplied.

20%

Support

What the published consultation terms include: a free consultation, coaching or dietitian input, ongoing clinical follow-up, practical extras.

20%

Terms

Flexibility and fairness: no subscription lock-in, a refund if the prescriber declines, and a penalty for teaser pricing with exit fees.

The rubric in full — including every keyword rule and the exact arithmetic — is published in How we review GLP-1 providers. Discount codes are recorded but earn no points, and no provider can pay for a place in any pillar.

Margin notes

The premium puzzle

£83 between identical pens

At 2.5 mg, the dearest listing in our survey (Second Nature, £229) sits £83.01 above the cheapest (Click2Pharmacy, £145.99). The pen is the same licensed product; the gap buys a coaching programme and an app. Whether that trade is worth it is the subject of our budget-versus-premium review.

Read the small print

Mind the first-month cliff

Voy's £139 first month becomes £214 a month thereafter — a £75 step. Juniper's listed price is the first-month rate on a six-month plan, rises after month one, and carries an early-exit fee. A promotional month is a fact worth having; an ongoing price is the one to budget on.

Codes on the record

Discounts worth noting this issue

ZAVA's WZUK40 is the largest cash discount on file (£40 off for new customers), ahead of The Weight Clinic's NEWME (£35 off) and LloydsPharmacy's START30 (£30 off over £99). Codes never move a score — but they do move a first-month bill.

Questions, answered

How is the GLP Review score put together?

Every provider is marked against the same four weighted pillars: value for money (40%), delivery (20%), support (20%) and terms (20%). Each pillar is computed from the provider's published prices, delivery arrangements and consultation terms as recorded in our dataset — there is no panel vote and no gut feel. The full rubric is published in our methodology section, so any score can be checked.

Can a provider pay for a better review or a higher table position?

No. The comparison table is always ordered by ongoing price, and scores follow the published rubric wherever they land. No provider can move a row up the table or add a point to a score.

Why do you score value at the 2.5 mg starting dose?

Because it is the dose every Mounjaro patient begins on, so it is the one price everyone will actually pay in month one. We publish the full dose ladder too, since maintenance doses cost more — and in our current dataset the providers who are cheap at 2.5 mg tend to stay cheap at the higher doses.

Is a low-priced provider any less safe?

Not among the services we review. Every provider on this site is a GPhC-registered pharmacy or a CQC-regulated clinic supplying UK-licensed stock, so the pen is the same regardless of what you pay; the price differences reflect margins and bundled extras such as coaching. We never review or link to unregulated sellers or so-called compounded alternatives — buying outside regulated channels is genuinely dangerous.

Will I definitely be prescribed if I apply?

No, and be sceptical of anyone who suggests otherwise. These are prescription-only medicines: UK providers typically look for a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 with a weight-related condition, and the prescriber makes the final call. The Weight Clinic refunds the consultation if you are declined, which is one of the reasons it scores well on terms.

What does the NEWME code actually change?

It takes £35 off a first order at The Weight Clinic, which brings the first month of Mounjaro 2.5 mg from £160 down to £125. It has no effect on our score or the table order — discount codes are recorded as facts, not rewarded with points.

When were these reviews last revisited?

Every price on this page was checked against the provider's own published pricing on 4 July 2026, and scores are recomputed whenever the dataset changes. Prices can move between our checks, so always confirm on the provider's site before ordering.

The verdict, briefly

If you want the shortest route to a sound choice this issue: The Weight Clinic scored 8.7/10 under our rubric — free consultation, monthly video reviews, a refund if the prescriber declines, and £35 off a first order with code NEWME. Prescribing is always the clinician's decision, not ours.
