Privacy policy
The short version: this is a static publication. No accounts, no profiles, no forms harvesting your details — and the little data that does move is set out below.
Who we are
GLP Review (glpreview.co.uk) is an editorial site reviewing regulated UK GLP-1 providers. For anything in this policy, contact hello@glpreview.co.uk.
What we collect directly
Nothing, by design. The site has no user accounts, no comment system and no newsletter sign-up. We cannot see who you are, what you read or what you go on to buy.
What your browser stores
If you switch between the paper and ink (light and dark) themes, your preference is saved in
your browser's local storage under the key glpreview-theme. It never leaves
your device, identifies nobody, and disappears if you clear your browser data. We set no
advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs — IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp — for security and capacity purposes. These are handled by our hosting provider, kept briefly, and are not used to build profiles.
Analytics
If we enable page-view analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting, aggregate-only tool and name it here. As of the effective date above, no analytics script is active on this site.
Links to providers
When you follow a link to a pharmacy or clinic you leave this site and enter that provider's own privacy regime. Providers may set their own cookies, including ones that record where your visit came from. Read the provider's privacy policy before handing over personal or medical information; what you share with a pharmacy is between you and them, and none of it reaches us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Since we hold no personal data about readers, there is normally nothing for us to produce — but if you believe otherwise, write to hello@glpreview.co.uk and we will investigate. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, if analytics are switched on — this page will be updated first, with a new effective date at the top.
